Nice to meet you, I'm Tricia

I'm passionate about helping people like you find healing and live more fulfilling lives. My journey to becoming a therapist started long ago, and it's been shaped by diverse experiences in community mental health, group practice, and specialized treatment centers (addiction and eating disorders). I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and discover your strengths.

My goal as a therapist is to empower you to heal from the past, live fully in the present, and create a future filled with hope. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I'm here to help you unlock your potential. I know what it's like to struggle and can offer personal hope with healing. With specialized trainings in the areas I treat, I offer a compassionate and effective approach to therapy. I love learning and keeping up with developments in my field.

On a personal note, I'm a Richmond native who enjoys going to the dog park, being outside in nature, reading, tennis, travel, and being creative.
